Reservations and enquiries

We process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, visit date, party size and message, to handle reservations, pre-orders and enquiries. This processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required fields are marked in the form. Without these details, we cannot process the requested service.

Hotel partners

Partner reservations also store the referring hotel, booking status and confirmed number of guests who attended, to manage the booking and calculate partner credit. Partners can view bookings attributed to them. This serves contract performance and our legitimate interest in documenting referrals (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Website operation and service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage and IONOS for email delivery. Requests generate technical information such as IP address, access time and browser details for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This serves our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Depending on the provider, processing may take place outside the EEA; information about recipients and applicable transfer safeguards can be requested from us.

Sessions and usage statistics

Necessary session cookies protect access to the admin and hotel areas. Public pages use Vercel Web Analytics for usage statistics; according to the provider, this service does not use analytics cookies. It is not loaded in the admin or hotel portal. Fonts are delivered by our website.

Maps and directions

Some pages embed Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google and transmits technical information, including your IP address. Google’s privacy policy applies to its processing. Hotel walking directions use OpenStreetMap/FOSSGIS services with the hotel address; guest details are not sent for route calculation.

Storage period

We retain data for the purposes described and any applicable statutory retention periods or legal claims. Reservation and enquiry data are not automatically converted into newsletter subscriptions. For questions about specific stored records or requests for deletion, please contact us.
